Yes, he really was upside down when I took this. I could write a whole blog just about him and his antics, but I think it would only be interesting to me, his father and his grandparents. But still, that face will make you smile.
This is my eternal toddler. My Melkor. This dog is the biggest baby I've ever had and the sweetest animal. He keeps my feet warm on cold nights and gives me love when I feel blue.
]This is Russ. We've been to hell and back in the last five years. We still haven't figured out how to have that relationship you see on television where people laugh with you when you screw up and all is forgiven in thirty minutes, but we love each other and I think that's all that matters.

grumble, grumble, grumble.
On an actual note I get to borrow $700 from my dad to pay my tuition. It seems that I underestimated my grant and scholarship. I thought they'd still pay though I'm only taking 5 credit hours. They will not. I have to be taking at least 6. Makes sense, but I didn't know about it and now I have to get the money elsewhere. Fucking hell!
Anyway, today was shit for me. How did your Friday go? Did your number change? I'll talk to you soon.
And I would have written a blog post about all of this but I just don't feel like it. You know?
I don't think we've figured out any more in 11 years than you have in five.
All you can do is be there, be supportive and be engaged in the goings-on of day-to-day life.
The rest just happens.
